LOCATION

KoalaCottageNiseko.com is located in Niseko Hirafu, lower village

	150m to village bus which operates from 8.30am to 9.00pm and runs every 10 mins
	200m to nearest Onsen (outdoor hot springs bath)
	500m to supermarket, shops, at least 10 restaurants within 5 mins walk
	500m to bus stop to Kutchan (8km)

NOTE: Our advice regarding location: - If you have little kids and budget is no problem, then choose ski in ski out.

Otherwise it doesn't matter where you are in the village as you will end up using the Shuttle Bus.

In which case, we prefer being just a short walk (5 minutes) away from the centre of the village.

As far as being up first for freshies, the bus gets you there for the first lifts - easy!

LAYOUT

Koala Cottage Niseko is a unique two storey, log house in Niseko Hirafu, Hokkaido, Japan.
